te morís si comés esto:
en un sartén tostar
1 taza avena
1/3 t coco rallado
1/3 t semillas de girasol o nuez
echar
3/4 taza azucar/algo dulce
1/4 taza agua
cocinar en el sartén a fuego mediano, revolviendo con cuchara constantemente hasta que se pege todo, mas o menos 8 minutos. vertir en una bandeja llana y esparcir. dejar enfriar y cortar en rectangulos.
despues intentar echando pedazos de chocolate, jengibre, pasas de uva, datiles, manzana. o bañado en chocolate!....

for real
in a frying pan toast
1 cup oats
1/3 cup grated coconut
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or other nuts
add
1/4 cups sugar or something sweet
1/4 cup water (this softens everything and makes it into a chewey granola bar instead of crunchy)
cook in the frying pan on medium heat stirring constantly with a spoon until the sugar melts and everything sticks together, about 8 minutes. pour into a flat pan and spread out flat. let cool. cut into rectangles and watch how fast you get cavities cause you can't stop eating it day and night.
it would be good with chocolate and raisins and dates or nuts or apples too. or with coconut oil or chocolate covered!
